Perhaps you've shied away from joining cosplay conventions because you're too shy to be seen in costume. Perhaps you're still building up your confidence.
Mobytoons brings you the opportunity to be a cosplayer without having to do it “live”: simply get in costume in the comfort of your home, take a few snapshots, and send us your best photos! Easy, right? The winning picture will be featured on Mobytoons.com as will the cosplayer, of course!
MECHANICS
The contest runs from February 1 to April 1, 2009.
To register, join the Mobytoons community at Mobytoons.com > Community > Forum > Register and send your name and contact details to maggonzalez@live.com. (Those who are already members are still required to email in their name and contact details.)
Submit just one photo of yourself in costume, full-body front view. The file must be at least 300dpi resolution and not exceed 500kb in size.
Make it good! The photos will be judged based on creativity, quality and originality of costume and overall presentation of cosplayer. (Start practicing those poses and fierce looks!)
You will be updated on all things contest-related through email, including if you are one of our top three winners, so be sure to check your mail regularly.
Mobytoons reserves the right to use submitted photos to promote the Mobytoons forum.
